Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 20th day of March 2000, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Action Developments Limited, Hotline Limited, Rainbow Decorators Limited and Tarras No. 1 Company Limited.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
20th day of May 2000.
