Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of February 2000, John Robert Buchanan and Stephen Glenn Hotchin were appointed joint and several liquidators by shareholders' resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
On the 21st day of March 2000, Messrs Buchanan and Hotchin resigned as liquidators and appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence as joint and several liquidators, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
