Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of December 1999, Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of December 1999.
