Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders that
the above-named companies be liquidated and that
Robin W. Hargrave, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator does hereby fix the 18th day of April 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Application to remove the above-mentioned companies will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, after 30 days from the date of this notice.
Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
