Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that S. George Nathan & Co (Holdings) Limited be liquidated and that Michael Gerard Curtis, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of March 2000.
