Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Jarden International Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of March 2000, Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
The company was placed into liquidation on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed. The company has ceased trading.
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 30th day of March 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
