Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is given that by a special resolution of shareholders dated the 14th day of March 2000, and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company has been placed into voluntary liquidation.
Richard Innes Gilberd, chartered accountant of Wanganui, has been appointed the liquidator forthwith.
The company has ceased trading and all creditors have
been paid.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors have signed and filed with the Registrar of Companies a declaration of solvency dated the 1st day of March 2000 and, pursuant to section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, have completed a directors' certificate that the company is able to pay its debts and their reasons for that opinion.
