Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 29th day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Puketiti Station Limited be liquidated and that Robert Alexander Kidd, chartered accountant of Te Kuiti, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of March 2000.
