David Vance and Keith Palmer, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Tumu Wananga Limited on the 13th day of March 2000 by the High Court at Wellington.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Tumu Wananga Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of McCallum Petterson & Co, Level Eight, City Tower, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington on Wednesday, the 5th day of April 2000 at 10.30 a.m.

To consider:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of
the liquidator appointed.
2. Resolutions expressing the views of creditors.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 30th day of April 2000 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
