Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 15th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that as the company fails to meet the solvency requirements and is unable to meet its obligations as they fall due, Bearings Direct New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Richard Glen Sumpter and Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountants of Whangarei, be appointed liquidators for the purpose with the right to exercise their powers individually.
The liquidation commenced at Whangarei on the 15th day of March 2000.
