Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that CHIT Limited be liquidated and Graham Lewis ST John Pedler and Stephen Hugh Orr Reaney, chartered accountants of Napier, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of March 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
