Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Fledgeling Nominees New Zealand Limited on the 13th day of March 2000.
