Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of December 1999 it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 that Specialist Piping Services Limited be liquidated and that Kerryn Mark Downey of Auckland and Alan Raymond Isaac of Wellington, chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of December 1999.
