Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of November 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the Raglan Bowling Club Inc. be liquidated and that Rachael Balme be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of March 2000.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
27th day of March 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
