Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of December 1999 it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 that Longitude Investments (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Kerryn Mark Downey and David Carlyle Hayde of Auckland, chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of December 1999.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above company, does hereby fix the 7th day of February 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution before the priority of their claim is established.
