Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates was appointed liquidator of the above company on the 6th day of March 2000.
Meeting of Creditors
No meeting of creditors will be held.
In accordance with section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator dispenses with the requirement to call a meeting on the basis that:
o All assets have been realised;
o The liquidator is only required to determine the priorities of creditors' payments;
o If a creditor holds a contrary view they should notify the liquidator within 10 days of receipt of this notice;
and
o A meeting would cause expense and serve no useful purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 10th day of April 2000 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
