Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Nationwide Gas Appliances Limited (in liquidation) (trading as The Fire and Gas Shop):
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of March 2000, Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of March 2000.
