Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 3 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 that, on the 16th day of December 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) that Waiho Sawmills Limited be liquidated and that Oliver William Pitcaithly, chartered accountant, of Christchurch, be appointed, liquidator of the company.
The company is solvent and the liquidation is part of a restructuring process.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of December 1999.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 31st day of January 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
