Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 9th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders and directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) and section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Laleham Properties Limited be liquidated and that W. Patterson, chartered accountant of Larsen & Associates, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced at 9.00 a.m. on the 9th day of March 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone stated below.
As liquidator I determine that no creditors' meeting will be convened.
