Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of December 1999 at 1.40 p.m., it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants, both of Te Puke, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of December 1999 at 1.40 p.m.
