Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 17th day of December 1999, appointed Raymond Douglas Shand, chartered accountant of Whangarei, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 12th day of January 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
A meeting of creditors will be held at the Settlers Hotel, Hatea Drive, Whangarei on Friday, the 14th day of January 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
