Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholders on the 3rd day of March 2000, the date the liquidation commenced.
Note: The company is solvent and the liquidation is a result of the restructuring of the affairs of the shareholders. Creditors will be paid in full.
