Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Jarden Resources Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of March 2000, Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
The company was placed into liquidation on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed. The company has ceased trading.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 20th day of March 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Application to remove the above-mentioned company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) have been sent to the Registrar.
Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar before the 30th day of March 2000.
