Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 2nd day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Headworx Developments Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that David Dishington, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of February 2000.
