Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 6th day of December 1999 it was resolved by the Court pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 that Carlton Corner Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of December 1999.
