Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 22nd day of December 1999 the shareholders of the above company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville P. Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
