Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2 (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 28th day of February 2000, a resolution was passed at a special general meeting by the members of Kristin School Incorporated (in liquidation) stating that the incorporated society be wound up voluntarily and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason be appointed as liquidators.
A resolution of solvency has been passed and filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Please Note: The members of Kristin School Incorporated (in liquidation) wish to wind up the above solvent incorporated society, and in accordance with Rule 77 of the Society, the assets of the society be donated to a charitable institution being the newly established Kristin School Charitable Trust. This charitable trust will continue to operate Kristin School in the place of the society.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Kristin School Incorporated (in liquidation) fix the 13th day of March 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
