Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of December 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Equity Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Ian Gordon Stuart Donald, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of December 1999.
