Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of an entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of Wanaka Engineering (1995) Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointing Kenneth Charles Cook, chartered accountant of Ibbotson Cooney & Co, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of March 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to the liquidator.
The liquidator does hereby fixes the 31st day of March 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
