Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that by way of special resolution at a meeting of the shareholders of the company, Graham John Davy was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 22nd day of December 1999.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of December 1999.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 28th day of January 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Please Note: The company is solvent and that a resolution of solvency has been filed with the Companies Office.
