Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of shareholders' special resolution of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Hylight Windows and Conservatories Limited (in liquidation) passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed Brian Soutar, chartered accountant of Soutar & Associates, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of February 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 31st day of March 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
