Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Arron Leslie Heath and David Malcolm Marshall, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Oamaru Foods Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Getfresh Foods Limited) on the 22nd day of December 1999, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Oamaru Foods Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Getfresh Foods Limited), fix the 11th day of February 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
