Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 28th day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Acamir Holdings Limited, Chewmagna Investments Limited and Ornamental Castings Limited (all in liquidation) be liquidated, and that James Hurren Martin Dawson of Joynt Andrews Solicitors, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of February 2000.
