Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 24th day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Blue Water Holdings Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Pene Johnstone, accountant of Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The company has ceased to trade and has paid all its debts.
A declaration of solvency has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of February 2000.
