Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of December 1999 it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 that Anderson Electronic Services Limited be liquidated and that Raymond Blair Ashley of Gore and Peter James Heenan of Invercargill, chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of December 1999.
