Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that a resolution of members in lieu of a meeting, dated on the 20th day of December 1999, was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Rowan John Chapman be appointed as liquidator.
A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Explanation: The shareholders of Custom Plates Limited (in liquidation) wish to wind up the company which is no longer trading, following the sale of the company's business.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Custom Plates Limited (in liquidation), fixes the 20th day of February 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
