Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 28th day of February 2000, a special resolution was passed by the following companies, Redhill Farms Limited (in liquidation), Lake Ototoa Estates Limited (in liquidation) and Lake Ototoa Stud Limited
(in liquidation), stating that these companies be wound up voluntarily and Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton be appointed as liquidator.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Redhill Farms Limited (in liquidation), Lake Ototoa Estates Limited (in liquidation) and Lake Ototoa Stud Limited (in liquidation) fix the 24th day of March 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
