Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 14th day of December 1999 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Brough Investments Limited be liquidated and that Gordon Lewis Hansen of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The company is solvent and the liquidation is merely a restructuring of the business affairs of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of December 1999.
