Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Building Services Otago Limited resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 21st day of January 2000, to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of January 2000.
