Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Tractor Hire New Zealand Limited resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 20th day of October 1999, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of October 1999.
