Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that G & K Bush Holdings Limited resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 15th day of September 1999, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Trevor Edwin Laing were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of September 1999.
