Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders that DeBurg Design Limited be liquidated and that
Bruce E. Webster, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 20th day of March 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Application to remove the above-mentioned company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 257 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, after 30 days from the date of this notice.
Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
