Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 10th day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Santo Limited be liquidated and that John Palairet of Palairet Pearson, Chartered Accountants, Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
