Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the abovenamed company commenced on the 21st day of December 1999 when the High Court, Auckland appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
