Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of December 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Von Sturmer Group Limited (in liquidation), be liquidated and that Jack Peter Poutsma, chartered accountant of Paihia, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of December 1999.
