Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of November 1999, Stephen Rex Tietjans and John Joseph Cregton were appointed joint and several liquidators by shareholders' resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
On the 17th day of December 1999, Messrs Tietjans and Cregton resigned as liquidators and appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence as joint and several liquidators, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
