Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of the
abovenamed company voted to liquidate the company and distribute surplus assets.
In terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders resolved to appoint Mr Victor Wu, chartered accountant of Wellington, as liquidator on the
20th day of December 1999.
