Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 11th day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dyers Road Properties Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Barry Thomas Swaney, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of February 2000.
