Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of December 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Strategic House Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert John Knox, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 24th day of January 2000, as the day on or before, the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims they have under section 286, or to be excluded from benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
