Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
I, Kenneth Charles Cook, chartered accountant of Alexandra, give notice, pursuant to section 255 of the Companies Act 1993:
1. By special resolution of the members of Kyeburn Contracting Company Limited on the 11th day of February 2000, I was appointed liquidator of the company.
2. The date of commencement of the liquidation of the company was on the 11th day of February 2000.
